Migrate south to the Math Resource Center fall celebration
The Mathematics Resource Center (MaRC) is celebrating the beginning of fall with a cookie decorating (and eating, of course) event. Stop in the MaRC, Room 235, O'Shaughnessy Science Hall, from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, for:
- Free cookies
- Five frosting flavors
- Colorful fall leaf sprinkles
- Helpful MaRC tutors
Celebrate the first day of the season with MaRC. MaRC provides free drop-in math tutoring from peer tutors, study space, access to solutions manuals and computers with mathematics software. MaRC is open to any ACTC student taking a mathematics course. Hours are noon to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 5 to 9 p.m. Sundays.
The Mathematics Computer Lab (MCL) in Room 214, O'Shaughnessy Science Hall, has computers available for mathematics courses and tutor help from 6 to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.
