Nancy Utoft appointed director of community relations for divinity school
The St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity of the University of St. Thomas has named Nancy Utoft director of community relations.
Utoft, who has a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from St. Thomas, was senior director of community relations for Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis for eight years and began her career at U.S. Bank. She began her new position Aug. 27 and will manage the seminary’s marketing communications area and student recruitment for its graduate programs.
"Nancy brings a wealth of experience to the seminary and is eager to help raise awareness of the growing enrollment and success of this 113-year-old-institution," said Monsignor Aloysius Callaghan, the seminary’s rector and vice president.
"I am honored to have the opportunity to bring the story and the valuable resources of the seminary to the Twin Cities community and beyond," Utoft said.
