Open enrollment for spring 2006 student health insurance ends March 1
This is a reminder to all students who want to sign up for student health insurance for spring semester.
Insurance is voluntary for all students who are not of international status. You must be enrolled in spring semester classes to be eligible.
Open enrollment for student health insurance runs from Jan. 31 to March 1, 2006. Forms are available: on the Business Office Web site, at the Minneapolis and St Paul business offices, and at Student Health Service, lower level, west end, Brady Residence Hall.
Coverage begins the day after the signed enrollment form is received at the Business Office and continues until Aug. 14, 2006.
International students automatically are charged the appropriate premium amount. International students with questions on the mandatory insurance charge must contact International Student Services, Rooms 161 and 163, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, (651) 962-6650.
