Performance Assessment and Management system workshops announced
Managers and supervisors: The time of year soon will be here when you will be called upon to evaluate the performance of the employees you supervise. In order to assist you in this important role, the Leadership Academy is offering several new workshops to provide you with additional tools and skills to help you use St. Thomas’ new Performance Assessment and Management system successfully.
These workshops will address coaching and collaborative leadership in the performance management process and will offer hands-on practice with the assessment and review components.
The following sessions will be offered on the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses:
St. Paul
- 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, April 26, in Room 155, Murray- Herrick Campus Center
- 1-4 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center
Minneapolis
- 9 a.m. - noon Wednesday, May 3, in Room 301, Terrence Murphy Hall
