At 7 p.m. tonight, Sept. 15, IRT will install a software upgrade to university MFDs to fix an issue with the devices remaining in “sleep mode,” which has caused intermittent printing and copying outages on campus. The upgrade will take an hour. During the upgrade, all printing, copying, faxing, and scanning will be unavailable on both university MFDs and printers.
