The Graduate School of Professional Psychology within the College of Applied Professional Studies at the University of St. Thomas offers both master’s of arts and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology.
Dr. Susan Andersson, director of evaluation and practica, will lead information sessions on the programs Saturday, Dec. 5.
The master’s presentation begins at 9 a.m. with doctoral information following at 10:30 a.m. Both sessions will be held in Room 445G, Opus Hall, Minneapolis campus.
The programs use a practitioner-scholar model of training that emphasizes the importance of preparing counselors and psychologists to provide direct service to clients. The Graduate School of Professional Psychology is committed to addressing the diverse needs of students through a variety of learning strategies that create a supportive and challenging environment.
