The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety has issued an alert regarding a window-peeping incident that occurred Wednesday evening, July 20, on the 2000 block of Dayton Avenue.
A suspect was seen peeping through the first-floor window of a home located a block north of the university’s St. Paul campus.
