The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety has issued an alert regarding a burglary that took place near the university’s St. Paul campus late Sunday morning, April 3.
A student was in her unlocked apartment on the 1900 block of Marshall Avenue when a suspect entered and stole her purse.
