The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity is the largest diversity and inclusion conference in the country. It is presented by the Opus College of Business in partnership with the Twin Cities chapter of the National Black MBA Association. Minnesota is home to 21 Fortune 500 companies, and the Twin Cities area ranks as a top U.S. market and business hub with 1 million businesses and 80,000 manufacturers within 500 miles of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity began 23 years ago in response to managers at these companies seeking information to improve their practices in diversity and inclusion.
