The 2010 Entrepreneur Awards dinner will be held on Thursday, April 29, in the Schulze Grand Atrium at the University of St. Thomas School of Law on the Minneapolis campus. Gerald Schwalbach, chairman, Spensa Development Group, will receive the John F. Cade Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The Cade Award was established in memory of the 1970 alumnus who died in 1986. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurial attributes, contributions to the community, ethical standards and integrity. In addition, Marvin Windows and Doors will receive the Family Business of the Year Award; and Susan Johnson ’85, ’95 M.B.A., founder and CEO of Magellan Medical Technology, will receive the Entrepreneurship Alumna of the Year Award.
