Fifty Years in the Stacks

O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library celebrates a half century of service, instruction and intellectual development

Have you ever spent a late night in the leather room cramming for a final? Have you found the perfect place for reflection in the stacks? How about a memorable view of the exterior walls as the sun sets across the lower quad?

To celebrate the O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library's 50 years of service to our community, we set out to find some of those enduring spaces (see the slideshow above).

Be sure to vote for your favorite place below. And if we missed your favorite spot, tell us all about it in the comments, or just share a favorite library memory.

And be sure to check out a full history and schedule of events online.
