The Shenehon Center for Real Estate Education has begun publication of the Minnesota Housing Report, a quarterly housing report for the state of Minnesota. The report, which gathers information on housing trends from several sources, is made possible through the support of the Minnesota Association of Realtors.
The report includes a statewide and Twin Cities metro-area analysis in areas such as affordability, interest rates, average prices and sales volume, as well as analysis of high-activity counties outside the Twin Cities metro area.
