Tommie of the Year

James Ewer, a leadership and management major with a minor in psychology, was the recipient of the 2009 Tommie Award. During his years at St. Thomas, Ewer was involved in the Dease Scholars program, VISION trips to Guatemala and the White Earth reservation, and service as a resident adviser in Ireland and Brady halls. His previous honors include Academic All-American and All-American Track and Field. In spring 2009, he was track captain and participated in the long jump.
