Based on guidance from the University of St. Thomas Board of Trustees, articles written by Dr. Mark Dienhart and Dr. Susan Huber, and from the Purchasing and Travel committees, new processes for bidding, travel and preferred vendors were announced this summer.
The articles were published in Bulletin Today on May 21 and July 12 (two: Travel Committee and Purchasing Committee). Purchasing Services reminds faculty and staff that they are asked to follow the new processes.
Training for Cliqbook (Vanguard Travel's online booking system) and eBid (a tool for bidding goods and services over $3,000) is available through the Leadership Academy.
