Feeling stressed? The Wellness Center will offer relaxation classes free to students on Thursdays, starting Oct. 13. Instructor Uta Wolfe will focus on reducing stress through light exercises, guided relaxation, meditation and breathing.
The classes will run for eight weeks and will be held from 5:40 to 6:40 p.m. in Room 206, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket or yoga mat.
