In a Retreat in Daily Living, participants commit themselves to a half-hour of prayer each day and go about their daily lives as usual. Prayer material relating to the theme of the retreat is provided for each day.

Ursula King, author of Christian Mystics, says, "To rediscover the story of the Christian mystics is a great adventure. Their manifold experiences and examples can be truly empowering for our own lives. The Christian mystics speak to us across the centuries and, if we listen, we can learn something about the deepest experiences of their lives so that we too may glimpse the glory of God and feel the healing touch of the Spirit."

This retreat is open to students, faculty and staff on the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses.
