Scooter's to offer healthy dinner specials
Starting Monday, Feb. 4, Scooter's will offer weekly dinner specials from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
The specials will try to incorporate organic and healthier food choices. Input on the types of food offered for the specials is appreciated; e-mail suggestions to the night cook, Jake Smokovitz.
Scooter's is located in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The special for the week of Feb. 4 is grilled hanger steak with grilled asparagus. Bon appétit!
