The SIFE Club will be asking for more than treats this Halloween.
SIFE, Students in Free Enterprise, will be trick-or-canning instead, going door-to-door asking for food donations for the Hanover Area Food Shelf. Everyone is welcome to join, and receive community service hours as well. Drivers also are needed in order to split into groups.
Trick-or-canners will meet at 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, in the basement of Koch Commons to discuss the trick-or-canning process before heading out for the night. Costumes must be appropriate; otherwise, casual attire is acceptable.
