Student Sustainability Committee will walk to HIRE Minnesota community gathering
Students from the UST Student Sustainability Committee will meet at 6 p.m. today under the arches to walk to a HIRE Minnesota community gathering at Macalester College, 1600 Grand Ave.
HIRE Minnesota is a coalition of more than 60 community organizations that is seeking jobs for low-income people, women and people of color in health care, infrastructure and renewable energy industries.
Learn about the coalition at the gathering, which will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Kagin Hill Ballroom; free food and music from DJ Mix will be provided.
