Student workers: Remember to turn in your time reports before Labor Day weekend

Student workers: Remember to turn in your time reports before Labor Day weekend

From the Payroll Department

Students working at St. Thomas for summer 2005 should remember to do the following before the beginning of fall semester:

  1. Have your supervisors sign all outstanding Time Reports for the summer through Labor Day.
  2. Turn in all your outstanding Time Reports for the summer to the Payroll Department, Mail AQU 221, before you leave campus Friday, Sept. 1.
  3. If you are working in the academic year 2005-2006, you will be sent new Time Reports as soon as the Payroll Department receives your new Fall Contract. Do not use your summer Time Reports to report academic year hours. Academic Year Contracts are available in Murphy online for hours worked after Sept. 5, 2005, or try visiting the student contract Web site.
  4. All student paychecks will be mailed to UST mailboxes. If a student does not have a mailbox, it will be mailed to their home.

Thank you for your attention to these payroll details.
