Students, clubs: Make signs and decorations for your events in the Program Resource Room

From Campus Life

Welcome to a new academic year!

We want to make sure that everyone is aware of the resources available in the Program Resource Room, Room 103, Koch Commons. This is a space where students involved in clubs, organizations, or departments can create banners, door decorations, signs or other special projects.  Come by to check it out!

The PRR is open during the following hours:

  • 1-10 p.m. Monday
  • 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Tuesday
  • 4-10 p.m. Wednesday
  • 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursday
  • 2-6 p.m. Friday
  • Saturday: Closed
  • 5-10 p.m. Sunday

The PRR and its coordinators are here as a resource to clubs, organizations, departments, resident assistants and student workers on campus. Coordinators can help you make posters, bulletin boards, etc., and answer questions about the PRR and its use.

People using the PRR must follow these rules:

  • Only finished products are allowed to leave the PRR.  Please leave other materials, resources and tools in the PRR so others may use them.
  • Respect the PRR coordinators by planning enough time to complete your projects before the room closes.
  • Clean up after yourself every time you use this resource.

Please send requests for projects to Brian Kelley at least three weeks before they are needed. Also, e-mail him about any special requests for resources or for extra hours of operation.
