Due to its continued popularity, Counseling and Psychological Services will open a Healthy Relationships group to run throughout June and July. The group will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Mondays and will be facilitated by Sydney Felker and Andy Katz.
“We have noticed,” Felker said, “that students clearly benefit from learning how they are viewed by their peers and working through some sticking points in their relationships.”
“The topic was so popular this year,” Katz added, “that we had to add a second relationships group last semester. Some students already have expressed their interest in the summer sessions but we still have openings available.”
The facilitators further explained that the group is not simply about romantic relationships; it is open to both undergraduate and graduate students who want help navigating any kind of important relationship in their lives.
For more information call Counseling and Psychological Services, (651) 962-6780, and ask to schedule a half-hour meeting with Felker or Katz.
