Grants for undergraduate summer research and housing are available through the University of St. Thomas Grants and Research Office.
Applications for summer research grants are due Friday, Feb. 24, for:
- Young Scholars Grants
Young Scholars Grants provide stipends of $4,000 and free on-campus housing, if necessary, for undergraduate students wishing to carry out research in collaboration with a UST faculty member during summer 2012. - Community-Based Research Grants
Community-Based Research Grants provide stipends of $4,000 and free on-campus housing, if necessary, for undergraduate students interested in carrying out research during summer 2012 while collaborating with a community organization.
Applications for summer housing are due Friday, March 9, for:
- Summer Housing Grants
Undergraduate students who wish to carry out research in collaboration with a UST faculty member can apply for a Summer Housing Grant, which provides free basic housing on campus during summer 2012. Applicants need not have received a summer research grant to be eligible for a Summer Housing Grant.
