Many thanks for your many kind words of support and condolence in the passing of my mother, Anne Baniak. One doesn't know the importance of simple, kind and understanding words from colleagues until you're on the receiving end – at which point they mean a great deal. And to those of you who are supporting parents in their final years, my heart and support goes out go you as you travel what can be an ambiguous road. Please know that you are not alone.
