Transfer credit evaluations need to be completed by Oct. 19 for calculation of class standing

Undergraduate students: All transfer credits need to be received and evaluated by Friday, Oct. 19, if you want these credits to be used in the calculation of your class standing as it affects your time slot for early registration.
It is the student’s responsibility to verify that all transfer work has been received at UST. This also applies to study abroad coursework. Your November registration start date and time will not be changed by the presentation of additional transfer or other credit after Oct. 19.
If you believe that the earned credit calculation is incorrect, see your academic counselor. Your registration start time will be changed only if it is based on incorrect information at the time the registration order was determined.
