Trayless Thursday results noted

On Thursday, May 1, the Student Dining Room went trayless for two hours. As a result, according to Brian Clifton, student services supervisor, there was 30 percent less food taken and not wasted, fewer chemicals and electricity were used, and 30 percent less water and soap were used.

In addition, Clifton added, there was a "happier dish room" because there were no trays or glasses to wash.
