On the move!
University NewsThe stone bedroom section of the Winton Guest House is maneuvered onto a highway outside its original location in Orono, Minn., on its way to the university's Gainey Conference Center in Owatonna, Minn. The Frank Gehry-designed house is being moved in pieces. This section of the house weighed 30 tons and took four nights in early July to move to Gainey at a max speed of 15 mph. The house sections can be moved only after midnight. -
