Blaylock, 66, of Burnsville, died Thursday, Aug. 13, after a lengthy battle with MS.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, at St. Joan of Arc Church, 4537 Third Ave. S., Minneapolis. Visitation will precede the Mass at 9 a.m.
