The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety posted an advisory Wednesday, May 30, regarding a robbery in Minneapolis. The robbery occurred at 11 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, near the intersection of 12th Street and LaSalle Avenue.
An unidentified victim was walking home near the intersection when an unidentified suspect approached the victim from behind. The victim was struck on the head and robbed. The suspect then fled the scene. The incident is being investigated by the Minneapolis Police Department.
