Students will celebrate the official dedication of the Anderson Student Center today with a host of activities, giveaways and a concert.
During convo hour, STAR will give away Tommie sunglasses, ice cream and smoothie treats on the John P. Monahan Plaza. At 6 p.m., STAR and USG will sponsor a barbecue on the plaza and hand out free T-shirts and Frisbees.
After dinner enjoy a free STAR-sponsored concert in Woulfe Alumni Hall featuring Mat Kearney. The concert will begin at 9 p.m. Students may begin lining up on the third floor at 8 p.m. for a good spot at the event.
The first 900 students in line will be admitted to the show; students must show a valid UST undergraduate ID.
