Association for Strategic Planning hosts breakfast lecture Dec. 16

Sam Zordich, CEO of Stonegate Growth Strategies Ltd. and instructor for UST's FastTrac Growth Ventures program, will speak on "Financials for Entrepreneurs: How to Improve Cash Flow" at the next event in the Association for Strategic Planning fall breakfast series.

The event begins with registration at 7 a.m. and breakfast at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, in Room 202, Opus Hall, Minneapolis campus. Zordich will speak from 7:45 to 9 a.m.

Learn more about how entrepreneurial owners can reduce the guesswork in their financials, improve cash flow and reduce the risk involved with growing. The focus is on reading the financials – not only a scoreboard for the plays that already occurred but also to see what problems and successes are just around the corner.

Zordich will examine these questions:

  • How do I grow this business without getting burned?
  • How do I know when to add more people or buy new equipment?
  • When will I get a return on my investment in more staff or equipment?
  • Will I be able to pay for any unexpected problems with current cash flow?
  • How can I see whether or not trouble is lurking in the near future?

Zordich is a recognized entrepreneur and innovator who leads companies through growth issues as either an operating executive, consultant or adviser. As CEO of Stonegate Growth Strategies Ltd., she brings extensive experience in the areas of strategy, operational leadership and organizational growth.
