Brown bag Session Explores St. Thomas Diversity and Climate Initiatives

A brown bag session designed to update staff on diversity and climate initiatives at St. Thomas will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11, on both the St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses.

This event will be held in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, on the St. Paul campus, and simulcast to Room 203, Terrence Murphy Hall, on the Minneapolis campus.

Dr. Susan Alexander, executive adviser to the president, will share what Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Services and other departments have done to increase diversity and improve climate at the university.

Feel free to bring lunch; the Exempt Staff Council and Non-Exempt Staff Council are sponsors of the brown bag session and will provide beverages and dessert.

R.S.V.P. here by Friday, Jan. 7. Register only once; if you use the link to register again, only the UST website appears, indicating that your registration has been received; also, note that the two rooms can accommodate 30 people each. If the response is greater, new rooms will be secured and the UST community will be notified.

Watch Bulletin Today for future brown bag sessions sponsored by the councils.
