Dow will draw on his years of experience in coaching executives and professionals in career transitions to share his strategies for success at career crossroads. He will help you answer these questions and others that arise when it looks like it is time for a change.

About the speaker: Dow divides his time between his private practice and corporate-sponsored executive career transition practice at Right Management Consultants. He brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting and advising executives and professionals during their career transitions. His focus is on assisting his clients with career assessment, identification of options, and coaching to achieve desired outcomes, both personally and professionally.

Dow completed his M.B.A. at the University of St. Thomas in 1983 and his undergraduate degrees in psychology and communications from Hamline University.
