Catholic Studies hosts Master of Arts in Catholic studies information session
Interested in a Master of Arts in Catholic studies? Come to an information session at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Center for Catholic Studies (Sitzmann Hall), 2055 Summit Ave.
Students from a variety of disciplines are invited to learn about the graduate program’s course offerings, degree and nondegree courses of study, admissions and application requirements, and fellowship, scholarship and assistantship opportunities.
Students will meet faculty and students, and will learn about the program’s interdisciplinary course of study, which emphasizes theology, philosophy, history, literature and the arts. The program is tailored to meet the needs of working adults, with classes scheduled in the evenings at the St. Paul campus. The Center for Catholic Studies also offers a summer-only program and the opportunity to study in Rome.
For more information, or to R.S.V.P., contact Maggie Gikling, (651) 962-5703, or see the Catholic Studies Web site.
Registration is preferred but not required; light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome.
