Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate

Six Sigma is a customer-focused, systematic method for reducing defects to fewer than 3.4 parts per million opportunities. The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate focuses on the application of Six Sigma techniques to the service-related transactions that occur in every type of organization. By achieving Six Sigma levels of defects per million in these processes, service organizations and manufacturing companies can increase customer satisfaction, improve service and product reliability, and enhance financial performance.
