The Center for Business Excellence will offer the following programs in April. Discounts of 33 percent for UST alumni and 75 percent for UST faculty and staff are available. Tuesday and Thursday evenings, April 10-May 24
The Mini MBA Program will help you develop a broad understanding of functional areas outside your normal activities and professional training. Through case studies, lectures, problem-solving exercises and interactive class sessions, you will obtain the knowledge you need to meet challenges and seize opportunities in today's rapidly changing business environment.
Thursdays and Fridays, April 12-May 4
The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate focuses on the application of Six Sigma techniques to service-related transactions that occur in every type of organization. Achieving Six Sigma levels can increase customer satisfaction, improve service and product reliability, and enhance financial performance.
Thursday evenings, April 26-June 28
The Mini Master in Health Care Benefits Management program explores health care benefits planning from the vantage points of multiple stakeholders. Designed to provide a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of patients, employers, providers and insurance companies, the program assesses the underlying risks in benefits management and the options and opportunities for everyone in this new consumer-driven health care marketplace.
