The Center for Business Excellence offers several programs in September and October. Some of them are listed here. A 33 percent discount is available to UST alumni and a 75 percent discount is available to UST faculty and staff.

Institute for Executive Director Leadership

Ideal for new and experienced nonprofit executive directors and leaders in line for succession, the Institute provides nonprofit leaders with opportunities to:
- Build a professional network and examine real-world issues with colleagues
- Improve the ability to create and communicate vision, lead with authenticity and increase personal credibility
- Reflect upon and integrate personal, professional and organizational success
- Strengthen the ability to apply critical thinking, build trust and move initiatives
