Center for Business Excellence offers Family Enterprise Roundtable program June 1
The Center for Business Excellence will offer a Family Enterprise Roundtable – Intergenerational Problems and Opportunities – June 1 on the Minneapolis campus.
Synchronizing interests across different generations, time horizons and life cycles often foments challenges. On the other hand, attention to roles and contributions from each generation during a planned succession creates multiple benefits for those in each generation.
This roundtable will compare strategies for each generation to add value to the family enterprise – for the next generation this involves preparing for leadership while for the incumbent generation this involves cleaning up and transferring relationships and power before moving on to new priorities.
A 33 percent discount is available to UST alumni, and a 75 percent discount is available to UST faculty and staff.
For more information or to register, call the Center for Business Excellence, (651) 962-4600, or go to the roundtable's Web site.
