This week’s Chemistry Seminar will be given by Dr. Gianluigi Veglia from the University of Minnesota. He holds a joint appointment in Chemistry, and Molecular Biology and Biophysics departments, and studies membrane proteins using hybrid NMR techniques.
Specifically, Veglia studies the excited states of membrane proteins, which are more directly tied to their function. Learn more about the speaker at the Veglia Research Group website.
Chemistry Seminars are held at 3 p.m. Fridays in Room 251, Owens Science Hall. All are welcome and invited to attend.
