Classroom or meeting room equipment requests require 72-hour advance notice

Because of the growing technology demand for both classes and events on all St. Thomas campuses, resources are at a premium. While this increase is positive and beneficial to both students and event participants, given the current equipment inventory, it is difficult (in some cases impossible) to accommodate all requests for classroom and meeting room equipment.

To serve the university requirements most effectively and to prevent last-minute disappointments, Information Resources and Technologies has instituted a three-business-day notice for all equipment. IRT staff members hope that this new policy will assure equipment availability for all requests and, if unavailable, allow adequate time for alternative solutions.
