If you are a UST employee who is covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance, go to the BluePrint for Health Custom Solutions Web site today to complete your BluePrint for Health personal profile.
The deadline has been extended to Friday, July 8, for employees to complete the profile and be eligible for prizes.
