Don't park in the city-owned lot at Mississippi River Boulevard and Summit Avenue
St. Thomas students, faculty and staff members are reminded that they should not park in the lot at Mississippi River Boulevard and Summit Avenue.
The city-owned lot has a two-hour parking limit and is meant for people who want to walk in the vicinity or visit the nearby World War I monument on the west end of Summit. Parking enforcement officers for the St. Paul Police Department patrol the area and will ticket cars parked for more than two hours.
