The Fellowship of Christian Athletes has invited Super Bowl winner Ben Utecht to speak at St. Thomas on Sunday, Oct. 9. The event will begin at 7 p.m. in Schoenecker Arena on the first floor of the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex.

Utecht was a member of the Super Bowl champion Indianapolis Colts in 2007. He will share his insight on being a student-athlete in college and balancing expectations.
He also will touch upon major struggles young people face in today’s society, speak about his faith and how that has impacted his professional career as an athlete and music artist.
Not just for football players or athletes, Utecht will give a message that can inspire everyone to do and be their best while offering hope for the future even when facing struggles and challenges.
This event is free. All students, faculty and staff are welcome, including individuals from the other MIAC schools.
