Financial aid recipients: Read your mail
The Financial Aid Office and your personal financial aid counselor will communicate with you at St. Thomas whenever possible via e-mail. Sometimes paper forms must be sent.
Communication is sent to the following addresses:
- UST Outlook account: Check your UST Outlook account daily. If you prefer to check a personal account daily, forward your UST e-mail to a personal e-mail account on UST’s Outlook Web Access Web page.
- UST campus mailbox, if assigned: Check your UST mailbox daily for paper communication from the Financial Aid Office. Most full-time undergraduate students are assigned a campus mailbox that is located in the lower level of Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
- Local address: Mail is sent to the local address that is currently on file with St. Thomas for any students not assigned a campus mailbox. If you do not have a local address recorded, mail will be sent to the permanent mailing address on file with St. Thomas.
- You can view your campus mailbox assignment, current local address and current permanent address on file at St. Thomas through Murphy Online.
