Graduating seniors: Is your name on the commencement list?

From the Registrar’s Office

Attention May 2006 graduates and commencement participants:

The undergraduate commencement list has been posted on the bulletin board outside of the Registrar’s Office, Room 106, Aquinas Hall. This list will be updated weekly between now and May 1. If your name does not appear on the list and you believe it should, please re-check your degree evaluation for any missing or incomplete items. Contact your faculty adviser or Academic Counseling, in Room 119, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center, for further clarification or problem resolution.

Students who have eight or fewer credits to complete after this term may participate in the May commencement ceremony. To request this exception, please drop off a copy of your degree evaluation in the Registrar’s Office. We will review your degree evaluation within two business days and either send you a graduation application or an e-mail, indicating why you are not eligible to participate in the May ceremony.
