Instructional Technology Workshop for Faculty
New Ideas for Research and Teaching with Technology Workshop,
presented by the Faculty Center for eLearning, will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, and Wednesday, January 16.
Thinking about ways to incorporate technology with your research or teaching efforts? This workshop will provide faculty with the opportunity to explore, experience, and consider how to apply several new technologies available for those purposes at UST.
Topics include Understanding the Net Generation, Podcasting, Blackboard Blogs and Wikis, and Copyright in the Academic Environment. The two half-day sessions will include discussion, demonstration and helpsheet take-aways.
Enrollment is limited to 20. The workshop will be held in Room 102, O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. Spaces are available.
