International students invited to tour Whole Foods Market
Wellness Center, with the collaboration of International Student Services, invites international students to tour the Whole Foods Market in St. Paul.
A tour of the store will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2. Students on the tour will learn where items are located in the store and why, and how Whole Foods is different from other grocery stores; in addition, the valuable buys will be pointed out to students as well as international and unique offerings. Participants also will receive a $10 certificate to purchase healthy snacks.
Would-be participants are asked to e-mail the Wellness Center to register. Space is limited to 10 students. Include in the e-mail first and last name, and student ID number.
Participants should meet at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Wellness Center to walk to the store, or meet at 2 p.m. at Whole Foods, located on the corner of Fairview and Grand avenues.
