IRT hosts farewell reception for Rosann Cahill
Information Resources and Technologies will host a farewell reception for Rosann Cahill, associate director of Web and Media Services, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, in the Murray-Herrick Campus Center Fireside Room.
Cahill started in 1999 as faculty support coordinator in Computing and Communications Resources. She then moved to Instructional Support Services and afterward worked toward building what would eventually become IRT. In the past five years she has managed instructional technology and Web design resources and activities.
Cahill has accepted a position at Capella University as product manager for its Next Generation learning environment. In addition, this December she will receive her Doctorate of Education from St. Thomas’ School of Education.
The university community is invited to stop by the farewell reception to say goodbye and congratulations, and wish her well.
