As you know, the Leadership Academy is a staff- and professional-development program designed and offered exclusively for St. Thomas employees. Its aim is to support the professional development needs of employees and academic and administrative units.
At the conclusion of this first year of the university’s new performance assessment and management program, supervisors and employees probably have identified various professional development goals that they believe may be helpful during the upcoming year. The Leadership Academy can help meet this need through providing training and development opportunities.
