More research database trials

Feedback is requested for the following sites, available via the UST Libraries Trial Database Web page.

Latin America Data Base
The Latin America Data Base (LADB) is the longest-running premier, exclusively online, English language news service about Latin America. LADB produces three weekly electronic publications and maintains an online searchable database of more than 24,000 articles and Latin-American journals. LADB’s highly experienced professional journalists collect source material from Latin America in Spanish and write weekly bulletins in English, placing events in context and highlighting key developments.

Send comments to Cindy Badilla-Melendez. The trial ends Monday, Nov. 2.

It contains full text for many plot summaries; synopses and work overviews; articles and essays of literary criticism; author biographies, including in-depth biographies; literary journals; book reviews; classic and contemporary poems and short stories; author interviews; classic texts; and more.
